Matt: Wake Forest +8; Michigan State -6; Wofford -9 / Over 147.5

Syracuse has been on a roller coaster of emotion in the wake of the tragic indecent with head coach Jim Boeheim. On top of that this will be their second trip to the state of North Carolina from upstate New York just this week after falling to North Carolina in Chapel Hill earlier this week. The fatigue is going to drape the Orange as they struggle to leave Winston Salem with a win.

Michigan State is heading south to face the Hoosiers fresh off of them winning the least thrilling double overtime game in recent memory in the Indiana upset over Wisconsin. Somehow Michigan State has weathered devastating injuries to Nick Ward and Joshua Langford leaning heavily on Cassius Winston. He’s led Sparty to five straight wins and they should have no problem tacking on a sixth today in somewhat easy fashion.

Parlay Alert – I’m admittedly not much of a parlay guy. It’s hard enough to get one win, let alone requiring a second or more just to win your bet. However I think this is a good spot to take chance. Wofford shoots the lights out led by guard Fletcher Magee. They routinely hit 80 themselves and the last time they played Samford they snuck out a 107-106 win (in OT). They still haven’t lost in 2019 and are clicking on all cylinders as they head into March.

Joe: Northeastern -5.5; Tennessee ML

Kentucky played one of their best games at home vs. Tennessee in their last matchup. The Vols have lost 2 of their last 4 but both on the road. Back at home, in a very winnable and very big game, let’s get the big win and not worry about covering. Look for Grant Williams and Admiral Schofield to try to make a statement in this one to show their hot start to the season wasn’t a fluke.

Northeastern are winners of 12 out of their last 14 playing a slumping Drexel team. A very favorable matchup here for the for the Huskies of Northeastern who were able to hand ’em a double digit loss at their place back in December. Now at home I look for another double digit win with an easy cover
